Everyone Should See a Chiropractor
It’s so exciting to share a topic that has changed so much in my life in the 8 years I’ve know about it. Before I met my husband, I never thought twice about chiropractic and now here I am begging for my biweekly adjustments because they are so helpful to me. At the time in my life I started getting chiropractic adjustments, I had started a health journey to loose weight and when I began a regular adjustment schedule the weight just melted away. Subluxations in the spine can hinder weight loss and once I focused on getting my spine back into alinment, I could really tell a difference in…

AirDoctor Pro Helping Detoxify Our Home
This post is in partner with AIRDOCTOR, all thoughts and opinions are my own. Please read my disclaimer page for more information. I, like everyone else, loved walking past Bath and Body Works in the mall and catching a whiff of the new scents for winter. Sadly, I found out a few years ago what dangers are actually lurking in their ingredients, so we do not use them. A Crunchy Mom’s Guide to Kid’s Bath Time
I know you’re probably thinking, “bath time is easy, I don’t need anyone explaining it to me.” BUT I want to share a few things that I’ve learned since becoming a mom so that you can create a healthy space for yourself and your littles. We all take baths, well at least I hope we do! It’s apart of my family’s daily routine and something I never thought twice about as a new mom. I ran the bathwater, put my baby in the bath, washed and then dried with a towel. That’s how most bath times go, right? But have you ever looked a little deeper into it? The first…

Babywearing Gives Me LIFE
Hey ya’ll! I hope your Tuesday is going great. This week has started off really crazy and there is probably not a chance it will go back to normal. I swear, Mercy spoiled me with sleeping through the night. The past two nights (early morning) she has woken up and been awake for about an hour and a half. It’s been in the 3:30am time so I am a zombie by the time 7am comes around. I think that’s when I am in my deepest sleep so that’s why I am so tired by the time we actually get up and start the day. She isn’t crying when she wakes…

Random Spring Thoughts
The changing of the seasons makes me feel like I am constantly moving full speed. We have so many more activities to attend, yard work to accomplish and work related commitments to finish before summer. Having three kids is just my reminder to enjoy every second and don’t feel defeated when things don’t go my way or my to-do list is still a mile long. I have OCD, I want everything to be neat, organized and completely finished at any given time. Having three kids while I have OCD makes it laughable. Although, they drive me crazy with all the messes they make, it helps me be laid back…
