For the past few months, I’ve been craving oranges like crazy! That, combined with eating out all week has me wanting healthy options now that we’re home. We have a bunch of oranges – I stock up when we go to Costco – so I decided to whip up a simple smoothie for our breakfast. Nolan and Harper acquired my love of fruit and have enjoyed my orange cravings right along with me. This smoothie was super simple to make and took less than five minutes to throw together. I hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
3 peeled oranges
1 frozen banana
1 tablespoon of Salba chia seeds
1 tablespoon of coconut oil
1 cup of almond milk
1. Add the ingredients to a blender
2. Blend until everything is combined at your liking of consistsncy
3. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
