Ch- Ch- Ch- Chia Pudding Recipe

    November 8, 2019 /

Healthy recipes can be hard to formulate, I know for me personally I do a lot of trial and error with what’s in the fridge and pantry. This one has been a favorite of mine and my littles for several years. I used to make this when Nolan was a little sweet sugar of a three year old. My chia seed pudding is something I formulated after making it a few different ways. It’s SUPER simple, healthy and easy! Chia seeds are filled with omega 3 fats, fiber and energy   INGREDIENTS:  Bag of dried chia seeds (I buy in bulk at Costco) Almond, coconut or oat milk  maple syrup…

Candy Bar Milkshake – Baby Booster Style

    November 3, 2016 /

This blog has been compensated by Baby Booster. I also received these products in exchange for an honest review. All opinions are my own. The days after Halloween can be a major health challenge if you have a love for candy like I do. A few years ago, when I was 60+ pounds overweight, I could scarf down five or six candy bars and not blink an eye. When I transitioned to a healthier lifestyle, I realized the only way I could make that happen was by throwing out everything that wasn’t good for me. I don’t have the willpower to NOT eat multiple candy bars in one sitting. This show…

    Pumpkin Spice Smoothie

    October 2, 2015 /

stainless steel straw | mason jars Call us whatever you want, but pretty much anything pumpkin-flavored will be consumed by my family during fall. We LIVE for pumpkin pies, PSL, and pumpkin chocolate chip cookies!I have been clean eating for a few years now (with a few exceptions here and there) so finding a healthy pumpkin smoothie recipe was something I knew needed to happen in the fall. I have this ginormous sweet teeth that occurred during one of my pregnancies and has never disappeared.  I went straight to Pinterest, but I just didn’t fall in love with what I found. I decided to create my own take on a pumpkin spice smoothie, and…

    Berry Chocolate Smoothie Raw Jar

    September 13, 2015 /

I am pretty consistent with my breakfasts… eggs, avocado toast, fresh juice, oatmeal or smoothies. When I make my smoothies thinner or make fresh juice, I like to use my glass Raw Jars. My Raw Jars are also a favorite of mine for measuring my water intake because on the side there is a liquid measurer. I found this product on Instagram at the beginning of this year, and I’ve been using it every day since. I have two of them, a small jar and a large. I like to use the large jar for my juices and water and the small jar for my smoothies. I’ve shared a smoothie…

strawberry + kale + banana breakfast

    July 22, 2015 /

Happy Hump Day, y’all! I have had some questions about my breakfast smoothie bowl concoctions, so I have decided to share a recipe for one that I am really enjoying right now! I usually make a smoothie bowl if not every morning then pretty close to it! The kids drink theirs (thinned with a little filtered water), and I freeze leftovers in our popsicle molds for later when we go sit on the porch. I have previously posted about why I love smoothie bowls HERE. They are so easy to make, and I love how I can make it a more filling meal when I add toppings of my liking.…
