A question I am often asked is “what do you do for a living?” This is a multifaceted answer and requires a little explanation on my part. I just cannot believe that it’s Sunday. The weekend really flew by. I am not super organized at all.the.things but 10 years into being a mom, I have found things that benefit us and a lot of them are built habits. One of the things that I try to do every day for my health is stretch. Stretching is important. When you take the time to stretch it helps to keep your muscles flexible, strong and working properly. For our joints to keep a range of motion, stretching is needed to maintain flexibility. When we do not do it, our muscles shorten and become tight.
