Hi, I’m Amanda... wife, mama of seven, and an Integrative Health Practitioner passionate about helping women create healthy, grace-filled rhythms for their homes, hormones, and families.

For the past 13+ years I’ve walked the path of holistic living... from learning first hand about the importance of postpartum recovery and how to balance hormones naturally, to running a busy, joy-filled home without losing peace (or breaking the bank).

On this blog you’ll find simple, research-backed wellness tips, biblical encouragement, real-life mom hacks, and tools that help you care well for yourself and your family.

If you’re ready to trade overwhelm for clarity and live with intention in your health, home, and faith... you’re in the right place.

Online shopping has changed my…

Snack Life Thanks to G.H. Cretors Popcorn

    October 22, 2018 /

This post is sponsored by G.H. Cretors. All thoughts and opinions are my own. Please read my disclaimer page for more information. One thing that I’ve come to learn about myself is that I love a good snack. Not only is that something that I’ve learned I can’t live without but my children are always asking for snacks as well. Mom Wagon and Grocery Shopping

    August 27, 2018 /

Happy Monday ya’ll! The weekend FLEW by didn’t it? Not only did we go car shopping, we spent ours at different events for our friends and barely had time at our home. After that, we can stay home without having to leave and it feels wonderful! I always feel like I have somewhere to be these days but I am such a homebody, it eats me up. Friday, I polled y’all on…

    Breakfast goals thanks to Walmart

    April 16, 2018 /

This is a sponsored post, but all opinions are my own.  With three littles, mealtimes can be quite interesting to navigate. For this reason, I have focused on finding organic but easy to fix meals that all of my kids enjoy. My family and I, are weekly Walmart shoppers and have recently gotten into the grocery store pick up that they offer – yet another way to take away from my weekly to-do list. I love that Walmart has focused on stocking organic products, it has really helped make it easier to find food in one place for my family. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. A…
