Chi-chi-chia everything!
Happy Foodie Friday, y’all! I am sharing with y’all one of my favorite additions to any meal—chia seeds! I find new ways to use chia seeds in recipes every day with the help of Pinterest, and I love how the food turns out every time. These tiny seeds are packed with nutritional benefits. I recommend chia to anyone—especially people with allergies or who live a vegan lifestyle. If you are trying to lose weight, eat chia before your meal, and it will keep you from eating so much. Yoga is for everyone!
By: Danielle Cuccio – celebrity yoga instructor, CEO of Cuccio Somatology (www.CuccioSomatology.com) Blog: www.TheBeautyBlender.com. It basically cooks like rice, so don’t be wary of needing expert cooking skills to prepare it.…

Super Green Smoothie Bowl
With only a few weeks left before we leave for California, we have been working non-stop. My soul was in serious need of a good stretch and healing nourishment, so I decided to partake in some YouTube yoga and a huge smoothie bowl. I have seen these all over Instagram and Pinterest, so I had no choice but to join the cool nutrition/fitness gurus and become a part of the smoothie bowl movement. They end up being really thick, like a frozen yogurt consistency. After I put my smoothie into a bowl, I pretend I am at Sweet Frog and load up on toppings! The recipe I’m sharing with y’all…
