Hi, I’m Amanda... wife, mama of seven, and an Integrative Health Practitioner passionate about helping women create healthy, grace-filled rhythms for their homes, hormones, and families.

For the past 13+ years I’ve walked the path of holistic living... from learning first hand about the importance of postpartum recovery and how to balance hormones naturally, to running a busy, joy-filled home without losing peace (or breaking the bank).

On this blog you’ll find simple, research-backed wellness tips, biblical encouragement, real-life mom hacks, and tools that help you care well for yourself and your family.

If you’re ready to trade overwhelm for clarity and live with intention in your health, home, and faith... you’re in the right place.

Summer Salad Shortcuts With Daily Harvest

    June 11, 2019 /

THIS POST IS IN PARTNER WITH DAILY HARVEST. ALL THOUGHTS AND OPINIONS ARE MY OWN. PLEASE VISIT MY DISCLAIMER PAGE FOR MORE INFORMATION. Let me share a little secret with ya’ll! I like to cook as MUCH as possible but I’m not gonna lie, it gets tiring. Cooking three meals a day and figuring out snacks for the kids since they are out of school, I feel like I spend 90% of the day in the kitchen. For this reason, I love meal prepping and making lunches the easiest meal of the day. I normally make the kids little grazing plates with raw veggies, cut fruit, something to dip and…

How To: Switch to a Nontoxic Lifestyle

    June 7, 2019 /

The reason that I created this blog is to be a resource for the people around me. I know from experience how hard transitioning to a non toxic lifestyle can be – with NO guidance. I did it. I was a poor college student and I just started making changes. I didn’t know much of anything, other than I wanted to lose weight and not be depressed or anxious anymore. That was ALL that I knew. I share that because a) anyone can do this, it just takes a mindset of wanting to, b) you don’t have to switch everything at once, c) that’s what this blog is for! I…

    The Forever Gift of Silhouettes

    June 5, 2019 /

Happy Wednesday friends! Today is a very special post for me because I get to share a gift that I was given that means THE MOST to me. I was approached by a local artist in Florence, SC for the opportunity to work together. As you know, I LOVE to shop local and also support my fellow mama friends. Morgan Atkinson makes the most beautiful silhouette jewelry and portraits and it has been a long time goal of mine to have the children’s silhouettes painted for our home. Since we moved into our new house, finding decor to create our little space has been at the forefront of my mind.…

The Fastest, Most Delicious Organic Pot Roast

    June 3, 2019 /

My friend Stephinee was kind enough to gift me an Instant Pot after I gave birth to Mercy. Y’all, it has been a big blessing in our lives and something that we use multiple times a week. An Instant Pot is a pressure cooker that has multiple functions (pressure cook, sauté, and slow cook like a crockpot) that cooks under high pressure and only takes 20-70 minutes for most meals. Yes please! P.S. You can even cook desserts in it. OMG. I never use my crock pot anymore because I always forget to turn it on at the beginning of the day and then by the time I remember, there’s…
