I don’t know about y’all, but after spending four nights at the ball field last week, I was happy for a break and some fun with the family. We had a busy but fun weekend at the beach! As the weeks fly by with this pregnancy, I am constantly reminded of how precious the two little toddlers are that spend every day with me. Some days, it’s easier to get frustrated than others, and on those days I like to speak affirmations, apply a ton of calming essential oils and remind myself that it’s my expections that are causing it and I shouldn’t be so bothered. Nolan and Harper are at that stage where they are into everything… Which means I am constantly cleaning up, explaining why they shouldn’t do this or that and reminding myself of my tone so that they learn patience and gentleness from me.…

This Monday was the Mondayest Monday of all Mondays. Both of the kids have the sniffles, we were out of eggs (huge ordeal because we eat them daily), Harper peed on the floor a few times (yay for potty training), and I forgot about a prenatal appointment that I had that day. Can y’all believe that Easter is almost here? We have been enjoying the warmer weather and flowers so much that the pollen hasn’t even fazed us. The kids and I often head outside in the afternoons to get some fresh air, enjoy the beautiful colors of Spring and not go stir crazy from being in the house all day!
