Baby Booster Kona Mocha Smoothie Bowl

Sometimes for breakfast, I love to make a smoothie bowl! This happens when I get a sweet tooth but want a healthy way to deal with it. With the help of the Baby Booster Kona Mocha chocolate protein powder, I fulfilled my craving along with extra prenatals! (This post was compensated by the Baby Booster. All opinions are my own.) This chocolate protein powder is amazing for expecting mamas because it’s packed with a wide spectrum of essential prenatal nutrients and 20g of protein. Saturday mornings are the perfect time for smoothie bowls because Derrek is here and I can take the extra time to create something different with my smoothie. Finding Our Happy Place

rug | felt food | crochet dolls | wall decals | t-shirts | toy bins As a stay at home mom, I sometimes feel like the hours inch by during the week. This Monday was the Mondayest Monday of all Mondays. Both of the kids have the sniffles, we were out of eggs (huge ordeal because we eat them daily), Harper peed on the floor a few times (yay for potty training), and I forgot about a prenatal appointment that I had that day. Label by Legoe Midi

dress | shoes – similar | bag – similiar | bangles* Due to constant wind, the weather here was so cold this past weekend. Well, not so cold, but cold enough to notice that it was uncomfortable to walk around in a tank top and shorts. We were out of town during the week legit doing NOTHING, and we happily continued that trend when we came home for the weekend. The most excitement we had were naps, Hello Fresh meals, and church on Sunday. I wore this g-o-r-g body con dress from Label by Legoe, and it was perfect for the weather. (I received some of these items in exchange for an honest review. This…

    Orange Banana Smoothie

For the past few months, I’ve been craving oranges like crazy! That, combined with eating out all week has me wanting healthy options now that we’re home. We have a bunch of oranges – I stock up when we go to Costco – so I decided to whip up a simple smoothie for our breakfast. Nolan and Harper acquired my love of fruit and have enjoyed my orange cravings right along with me. This smoothie was super simple to make and took less than five minutes to throw together. I hope you enjoy it as much as we do! Ingredients: 3 peeled oranges 1 frozen banana 1 tablespoon of Salba…

    Red Bone Alley Local Hotspot

I’ve gotten a lot of questions about where I live, and to be honest, it would take me quite a few blogs to fully describe the beauty of my home state. I love South Carolina! I want to help y’all understand how beautiful our Southern life is, and part of what makes it that way is all of the unique places we visit around the state. I’ve decided to share my favorite local spots over the course of the next few months so you can see for yourself how amazing everything is. I love the slower paced lifestyle in the country, but when we want to indulge, we head to…
