Dock A Tot Makes Nap Time Easy

I was given this product in exchange for my honest review. All opinions are my own. Please read my disclaimer page for more information. I feel like, the DockATot is one of the greatest inventions in baby products! Harper has used one for almost two years and when she decides to sleep in her bedroom some times, we always snuggle her in her Grand. Before Scarlet Reese was born, we set out her DockATot and talked with Nolan and Harper about the new addition that would be joining our family. They loved playing “baby” with stuffed animals and swaddling them in her DockATot. Scarlet Reese used her DockATot Deluxe up…

    #forbetterbeginnings with the Playtex® Diaper Genie Expressions™

As a 28 year old Mom blogger, I found myself with the blessing and challenge of three young ones under the age of 5.  Our family prizes simplicity, organization and cleanliness, all difficult to uphold when potty training and baby wearing. Life moves at a fast pace, and I am so thankful that Playtex® Diaper Genie Expressions™ has thought to make things easier. As an organic Mama, I first used cloth diapers which proved to be less sustainable to clean and transport as responsibilities grew. Now that I am seasoned in all things baby, I am very selective about what we allow in our home. With the reintroduction of diapers back into our…

    POPS of Color

The transition from Winter to Spring is not only seen outdoors but with our wardrobes as well. Our goes our winter wear like heavy coats, dark jewel tones and warm boots and in comes shortsleeves, bright colors and patterns. I love a good neutral but POPS of color always catch my eye. Since I was in high school, I’ve coveted Lilly Pulitzer pieces. They are a huge investment so I opt for pieces that I LOVE and know I get lots of wear out of. This dress from Lilly always gets lots of compliments. It’s so flattering and I wear it a lot in the warmer months. It’s sold out…

    Stop and smell the azaleas

dresses | moccs Hey ya’ll! I hope that you’re having a great start to your week. I am struggling to get back into work mode. It is SO gorgeous outside and we have been spending every moment we can enjoying it. Right down from our house, at our friend’s home, is this beautiful row of azaleas that I have been itching to take pictures at. We have an upcoming family photoshoot coming up so I really wanted to take our pictures there but with our finicky weather, the frost put a stop to that idea. I was still able to shoot a few pictures of the girls before we picked Nolan…

    Baking Made Fun with Foodstirs

I didn’t do a lot of baking at my house when I was growing up. My mom rarely cooked meals and when she did it was something quick and easy. We never spent time in the kitchen baking cookies or a sweet treat to snack on. Now that I am a mother with three Little’s of my own, I really find comfort in creating fun memories with them. One of the traditions we started with Nolan and continues with our growing family is having the kids help in the kitchen. On the weekends, Nolan and Harper normally help Derrek make pancakes with lots of berries, bananas and nuts. They…
