Hi, I’m Amanda... wife, mama of seven, and an Integrative Health Practitioner passionate about helping women create healthy, grace-filled rhythms for their homes, hormones, and families.

For the past 13+ years I’ve walked the path of holistic living... from learning first hand about the importance of postpartum recovery and how to balance hormones naturally, to running a busy, joy-filled home without losing peace (or breaking the bank).

On this blog you’ll find simple, research-backed wellness tips, biblical encouragement, real-life mom hacks, and tools that help you care well for yourself and your family.

If you’re ready to trade overwhelm for clarity and live with intention in your health, home, and faith... you’re in the right place.

Hanging Out in the “Flamingo Room”

    March 22, 2017 /

washable rug | floor pillow | Scarlet Reese’s Pajamas | Hair Bows Pom Pom Baskets | Pom Pom Garland I hope y’all are having a great Wednesday. This post was supposed to go live on Tuesday but #momlife. I had the best intentions set out for this day and they were completely flipped upside down when I went to take Nolan to school. Locked my keys in my house and had all the kids in the car with no way to get back in or go anywhere. A few other things happened and I cried for a few hours but alas, everything is taking a turn for the better. The struggle…

    Finding Our Happy Place

    April 5, 2016 /

rug | felt food | crochet dolls | wall decals | t-shirts | toy bins As a stay at home mom, I sometimes feel like the hours inch by during the week. This Monday was the Mondayest Monday of all Mondays. Both of the kids have the sniffles, we were out of eggs (huge ordeal because we eat them daily), Harper peed on the floor a few times (yay for potty training), and I forgot about a prenatal appointment that I had that day. Determined to not let it get me down, I added Acceptance oil to the diffusers and took the kids upstairs to play chef in Harper’s room.…

    Harper’s Dollies

    March 7, 2016 /

If you’re an avid follower of my blog, you know that I try to take the kids to play separately and together in their rooms during the week. We don’t really use our upstairs yet, but I wanted them to each have their own space personalized for them. The past few months, I have seen Harper’s wheels start turning more than normal. She is forming an imagination and loves to play with her dolls especially! I keep them in her room, except for one that is always with her, so she has her own space for them. Most of her dolls come from Amelia’s Kisses, a mom-run business (y’all know…

    Sweet Little Baby Girl

Harper’s shirt | leggings | bow | shaggy rug | blanket | pom pom bin | books | no spill cup pom pom mini | peg dolls | mermaid doll | mini dolls | flamingo print |  unicorn head  When Nolan goes to church, Mimi’s, a friend’s house, or off to spend time with his daddy, I make it a point to take Harper upstairs to play in her room! Since we all co-sleep, she doesn’t sleep in her room, but I wanted to make sure she still had a place to retreat to that was all her own. Her room has a super comfy all-white guest bed that we often lay around…
