Hi, I’m Amanda... wife, mama of seven, and an Integrative Health Practitioner passionate about helping women create healthy, grace-filled rhythms for their homes, hormones, and families.

For the past 13+ years I’ve walked the path of holistic living... from learning first hand about the importance of postpartum recovery and how to balance hormones naturally, to running a busy, joy-filled home without losing peace (or breaking the bank).

On this blog you’ll find simple, research-backed wellness tips, biblical encouragement, real-life mom hacks, and tools that help you care well for yourself and your family.

If you’re ready to trade overwhelm for clarity and live with intention in your health, home, and faith... you’re in the right place.

    Our Favorite Snacks Right Now

    April 22, 2019 /

Before I had kids, I thought that I snacked a lot. Now that I’ve had four kids, I realize that I knew nothing and my children could eat me out of house and home with all the snacks they want. Healthy Gummies for the Entire Family

    December 30, 2017 /

I’m pulling out all the stops during winter break and that means finding things to do that include the kids and keep our immune systems boosted. Healthy Halloween Snacks with Replay Recycled

    October 31, 2016 /

I received these products in exchange for an honest review. All opinions are my own. Read my disclaimer page for more information. I have always been a Halloween junkie and now that I have children, they have become obsessed as well. We make the rounds at fall festivals, pumpkin patches and watching the Great Pumpkin on TV but we all know that trick-or-treating on Halloween is what children are most excited about! Nolan and Harper picked out their own costumes this year  (you can see them here) and run around the house saying “trick-or-treat, smell my feet”  which makes me giggle but also let’s me know that I need to educate them…

    A spooky little adventure

    October 14, 2015 /

mat | food cutter | plates | cups | snack pods | books | Harper’s leggings | dress | bow | shoes Nolan’s shirt | shorts | shoes When the weather is nice and breezy, we make it a point to spend time outside. This time of year is perfect for picnics and thanks to Peppa Pig, our children request them quite often. Our backyard is lined with trees, and the fields around us give us the perfect amount of shade and breeze. Our entire family is loving all things spooky and cannot wrap our heads around how quickly this month is flying by. The kids had a spooky-themed picnic…
