Q and A for the growing belly
Y’all, this pregnancy is just trucking along. I cannot believe that I am 23 weeks with my fifth child. It makes me so happy and emotional that we will be bringing another sweet little Scott baby into our family in October. This is my last pregnancy so I am soaking in all the things and trying to make time slow down because I know I will miss it once it passes. I get a ton of questions about pregnancy and I am really happy to share more about my experiences with y’all! When you’re pregnant people just tend to go dark real quick with how horrible it is or the…

Psoriasis 101
I don’t know if y’all know this or not but I suffer from an autoimmune disease called Psoriasis. Hey ya’ll! I hope you’re having a wonderful week so far! I know that the weather in South Carolina went from Spring to scorching hot Summer VERY quickly but we are enjoying it by spending a lot of time at the beach and the pool. With the end of school getting closer and closer, I am hyper focused on groceries. I don’t know about you and your family but when the kids are home more, they just want to snack 24/7. It’s helped me find new hiding places in my house to ratio snacks (#momlife) and get back to a cleaner and more healthy grocery store haul.Your food is your…

Adult Vitamins 101
I don’t know how y’all feel but in our household, adulting is hard! We have so many things to focus on and accomplish every single day, it’s easy to put our health last. Unfortunately, when you do that, you tend to get sickly and with four kids running around that is just not an option for my husband and myself. A lot of the nutrients that your body needs can be found in the form of foods and I strongly urge you to take care of yourself with a well rounded diet. I also know how much of a focus that can be so, I’m sharing our favorite vitamins to…
