Hi, I’m Amanda... wife, mama of seven, and an Integrative Health Practitioner passionate about helping women create healthy, grace-filled rhythms for their homes, hormones, and families.

For the past 13+ years I’ve walked the path of holistic living... from learning first hand about the importance of postpartum recovery and how to balance hormones naturally, to running a busy, joy-filled home without losing peace (or breaking the bank).

On this blog you’ll find simple, research-backed wellness tips, biblical encouragement, real-life mom hacks, and tools that help you care well for yourself and your family.

If you’re ready to trade overwhelm for clarity and live with intention in your health, home, and faith... you’re in the right place.

Five quick and healthy kid approved breakfasts

    October 1, 2021 /

Morning time before school is hands down the craziest part of my day. I have five kids so there is five times the fun involved. There are lunchboxes to get ready, water bottles to fill up, clothes to get on, hair brushed, teeth brushed, shoes on, ohhh yea and BREAKFAST to make and eat. Shew, I’m tired already! Ha! But seriously, I am sure I am not the only one striving to make things easier in all areas of life. My house tends to thrive better on lose schedules and routines and I am hoping that by sharing more of a peak into our world that you are able to…

The Perfect Rainboots for my Littles

    February 20, 2017 /

Finding balance as a mom is hard. It doesn’t matter if you’re single, married, one kid or three, working or not, life with Little’s is crazy. Some days I feel like I have it figured out and others I don’t. The most important thing that I’ve learned along to way to give myself grace and be happy with what I have. I am thankful that I am their mama. I’ve waited my entire life to become a mom. Isn’t it kind of like going clubbing as the sober one? Yea! I’ve cleaned up puke, spilled drinks, and more messes than I can count. These little people are mine and they…

    Freshly Picked Moccasins

    April 1, 2015 /

Harper’s Outfit: || Floral Headband – Pretty N’Chic Boutique || Amber Teething Necklace – Hazel-Aid || Denim Overalls – Gap || Moccasins – Freshly Picked || Nolan’s Outfit: || Polo Shirt – Chaps || Jeans – Gap || Moccasins – Freshly Picked || Baby shoes are somewhat of an oxymoron if you ask me. There are many cute baby shoes out there like Nikes and Sperries, but what the shoe companies do not tell you is that they will likely fall off within the first ten minutes of babies wearing them. Freshly Picked Moccasins are the only shoes I suggest for every baby shower, birthday, Easter, and Christmas gifts you buy…

    Real men wear babies.

    February 6, 2015 /

I admire the type of dad who understands how important being a FATHER is. The dads who take on their roles without holding back. The dads who spend their extra time with their kids, change countless diapers without complaint, engage in endless tickle fights, and walk around the house at night until the baby is asleep. My husband is my superhero.  I have never seen a man take on as much time with his kids as Derrek. When I had Nolan, I didn’t change his diapers until two days after he was born when we got home from the hospital because Derrek had that area covered.  He never asks me…
