    Staying in the moment

Anyone get FOMO? It’s something that I struggle with. Social media has a way of making it worse. Scrolling someone’s feed and seeing their beautiful vacation pictures, perfect homes and brand new cars. Comparing your life to theirs and wondering why you don’t “have it all.” I read a quote that says “comparison is the thief of joy,” and it couldn’t be more true. I have days where I get so angry that my life isn’t as picture perfect as others. It’s so easy to get into a negative headspace when you are comparing your journey to someone else’s. That sentence really puts it into perspective doesn’t it? Your journey…

Olive You – A Letter To my Mini-Me

Harper’s dress | shoes | my dress | boots | jewelry Dear Harper, I cannot believe we are days away from your third birthday. Time has flown by since the first moment I held you in my arms. You entered this world like a hurricane and continue to run circles around me, daily. I call you my little sour patch kid because I never know what I am gonna get when it comes to your sassy self. Finding balance as a mom is hard. It doesn’t matter if you’re single, married, one kid or three, working or not, life with Little’s is crazy. Some days I feel like I have it figured out and others I don’t. The most important thing that I’ve learned along to way to give myself grace and be happy with what I have. I am thankful that I am their mama. I’ve waited my entire life to become a mom. Isn’t it kind of like going clubbing as the sober one? Yea! I’ve cleaned up puke, spilled drinks, and more messes than I can count. These little people are mine and they…

The Ergo 360 from the Baby Cubby

Babywearing is something that I do every single day. It’s how I accomplish cleaning, cooking or running errands. I have used an Ergo with each of my Little’s and it’s because it’s my favorite “go-to” carrier. When the Baby Cubby reached out to me about testing out the Ergo 360, I couldn’t resist! I’ve never owned this carrier and I was excited to see the difference in it and a regular Ergo. At some point, your little is going to become fascinated with the world and want to constantly look around. This is when the Ergo 360 comes in handy! When your baby can hold his or her head…
