How bObi Helps Me Keep My Sanity

This post has been sponsored by bObi Sweep. All opinions are my own. Please read my disclaimer page for more information. I have always been really OCD about my personal space… every apartment I lived in and the house I shared with Derrek before Nolan was born, was spotless! If my living area is dirty, it physically bothers me and gives me a great deal of anxiety. Now, I know you’re probably laughing because you know that I have kids and that I clean up 197467 messes a day. This being said, I was that mom who swept the floors every day. Our house is entirely hardwood floors and with…

    My Costco Must Haves

One of the most requested blog topics, ya’ll ask for is “what’s on my Costco grocery list?” Long story short, I head to Costco once a month and stock up on things for the house. Every weekend, I make a trip to the local Walmart and have been pretty impressed by their selection. I have shared my Costco finds on my instastories several times but I’ve never had the patience to do the same while at Wal-Mart because it’s crazy town. That one glorious day a month that I head to Costco, it’s truly special yall! I don’t get EVERYTHING there but it does help me out in the snack…

This post has been sponsored by North States Baby. I received this product in exchange for my honest review. All opinions are my own. Please read my disclaimer page for more information. I have never been able to baby proof my stairs! Normal baby gates have never even been an option because of the way the stairs were built. This has driven me crazy throughout our five years living here and I am SO happy to say, the issue has finally been fixed. This gate is from North States Baby and can be bolted to the wall (as shown) or put together circular wide and used as a play pen.…

    Our Evolving Playroom

I look back at the evolution of this little room and it’s actually quite amazing how much it has transformed over the last five years. When we first moved into this home, Derrek turned this into his office with a glass desk and a love seat but it never felt like an office. The office furniture didn’t “fit” into the space and when Nolan turned six months old, we took that furniture out and made it a playroom for him. Of course, at that time we didn’t have a large income and his playroom consisted of a few hand me down toys, bright colored playmat from Walmart and a little…

Our Learning Space Made Fabulous By Plush Rugs

This post has been sponsored by Plush Rugs. I was given this product in exchange for my honest review. All opinions are my own. Please read my disclaimer page for more information. This summer, I decided that I wanted to do more crafts and activities with my littles. Pinterest has been very helpful with fun crafts and projects for the kids to do while we are at home or outdoors exploring. I also found that the front section (the dollar section) at Target has tons of great work books and educational games for children right now. I follow a Montessori style learning when it comes to the children. Montessori is a…
