Monday Motivation Series
Happy Monday friends! I am gearing up for a very long week with lots of activities and appointments so I decided to jump start everything by sharing this blog. I have recently shared a lot about remembering why I started this blog and making sure to be totally transparent with my purpose. I want to continue to tell everyone that I rarely get paid posts as most bloggers do because I turn down ads that don’t fit my objective. I started this place for it to be a reference for you to use as needed. I once lived a very unhealthy lifestyle where I ate junk food every meal, partied…

Healthy From the Inside Out
Your quality of life is directly impacted by the foods you eat and the beauty products you use. Everyday, we have the choice to fuel our bodies with what will enlighten us and cause us to feel better inside and out or consume that which will drag us down and keep us in a state of muddled clarity. Healthy Berry Baked Oatmeal
The weather was slightly cooler this past weekend which led me to want to bake ALL the things! I get the kids involved with most of my kitchen cooking and they LOVED helping me make this yummy baked oatmeal. This post is in partner with PlanetBox. We received this item in exchange for an honest review. All opinions are my own. Please read my disclaimer page for more information. Now that I’ve had a little time to get into a groove with school this year, I am ready to share more about it. I decided I was going to homeschool Nolan, three weeks before he was to start public school. I did this for many reasons but the biggest is that last year, my lifestyle wasn’t respected. It was really hard on me emotionally and Nolan physically with all the junk that was given to him all of…

Lettuce Taco ‘Bout It
Food blogs are back and will be better than ever! I promise to share easy to make, healthy and delicious recipes that the entire family will love. I will only share what I’ve tried in my own home with my kiddos and talk about what we love and what we don’t. My kids aren’t really picky eaters but, my husband wins that title, every single time! He could eat a steak and fries for every meal and in between and never think twice. Me on the other hand, I love variety, mixing it up and trying new things. When we go to a restaurant I am the first to ask…
