    Gray Monroe $100 Giveaway

I received these products in exchange for an honest review. All opinions are my own. Read my disclaimer page for more information. After Scarlet Reese came, I was in a bit of a funk with my wardrobe. NONE of my pants fit and I could not find any breastfeeding friendly tops that I really liked. I was emailed by Gray Monroe at a time where, I swear, they could feel my frustration about clothing. I headed over to their website to check out their brand and found many options for my wardrobe. Tops, bottoms AND shoes!?! Say no more, I am SUCH a one shop and done type of girl! I was…

PJ Heaven Thanks to Everly Grey

I received these products in exchange for an honest review. All opinions are my own. Read my disclaimer page for more information. One of my favorite things about having a new baby is having an excuse to stay in my pajamas all the time. No joke y’all, I am rarely dressed in anything else (unless I HAVE to go somewhere then you’ll find me in one of the comfy outfits that I’ve posted on my blog). Just because I am a pj lover, doesn’t mean I have to sacrifice style for comfort. I found this great line of maternity and post partum pajamas, called Everly Grey, a few months ago and have…

    Baby Booster Protein Muffins

This blog has been compensated by Baby Booster. I also received these products in exchange for an honest review. All opinions are my own. Now that I’ve got one more monkey in my circus, I’m all about ease when it comes to our food. I’ve cut out a lot of foods that include dairy, and I’ve been focusing on eating healthy fuels that keep me feeling full longer. This goes hand in hand with Baby Booster protein that I’ve posted about numerous times. The protein formula DOES NOT include soy, preservative, artificial sweeteners, or gluten. The high protein to low carbohydrate ratio also makes it a perfect choice for anyone looking…

    Banana Cream Smoothie

Now that a new chapter has started in my life as a mother of three, I am changing up my habits, including breakfast. Out goes pancakes and eggs for breakfast and in comes smoothies again! Everything that I do now that Scarlet Reese is here is quick and easy. Smoothies have always been a favorite of the kids so they always get excited when I bring up making them. It’s so easy and quick to throw everything in the blender and blend away verses trying to worry about cooking four different things at once while keeping everyone from crying. Not only is it easy but it’s really healthy! We always…

    Overnight Energy Oats

I decided to post this recipe on the blog specifically because a few of my fellow crunchy Mama’s are feeling low on energy and need a boost in the mornings! Don’t skip on breakfast as it is the most important meal of your day. Eating high fiber foods like oatmeal keep you feeling fuller longer and can also help lower cholesterol levels. I personally love to eat it while breastfeeding because it provides a more bountiful supply. After the kids go to sleep. I make this oatmeal mixture and put into the fridge overnight. Derrek and I do a morning vinyasa yoga session together before the kids wake up and afterwards I am starving.…
