What are HIIT workouts? And why are they beneficial?

In case you didn’t know, I decided to follow a wellness program during my pregnancy. When I started, I was feeling very discouraged about my food intake and couldn’t figure out how to balance with my workouts.

When I started Faster Way to Fat Loss, my goal was to understand how to balance out my workouts with an easy button food meal plan. My goal this pregnancy was really to prioritize my health and I was happy to have someone to guide me in doing so. As a busy mom, I know that if I am not taking care of myself, I cannot be the best version of myself for those around me.

I am mixing up my workouts and HIIT workouts on the FASTer Way app have been super helpful because I can do them at home and when it works in my schedule. Whenever I tell someone that I’m doing HIIT workouts, I’m always asked about what it is, so I’ve gathered up some information for you below on what they are and how to do them.
