Lots of you have asked… how is your pregnancy so far? … and today I am excited to give you an update!
I am currently in my second trimester and since the nausea and all day sickness as gone away *knock on wood* I am feeling great and thanks to the natural remedy of ginger tablets, I am able to control any migraines that I get hit with (studies show that 1500 MG of ginger can take the place of migraine medications). I am craving all things salty and spicy and was introduced to Tajhin and cucumbers while in Mexico a couple weeks ago and it’s become one of my favorite snacks. I eat lots of fresh tomatoes, carrots and cucumbers with lemon juice, salt and pepper AND I am always down for steaks. I finally feel like my energy is coming back and I feel motivated to exercise and move my body with daily walks and yoga.
