Happy Hump Day, y’all! I have had some questions about my breakfast smoothie bowl concoctions, so I have decided to share a recipe for one that I am really enjoying right now! I usually make a smoothie bowl if not every morning then pretty close to it! The kids drink theirs (thinned with a little filtered water), and I freeze leftovers in our popsicle molds for later when we go sit on the porch. Super Green Smoothie Bowl
With only a few weeks left before we leave for California, we have been working non-stop. My soul was in serious need of a good stretch and healing nourishment, so I decided to partake in some YouTube yoga and a huge smoothie bowl. I have seen these all over Instagram and Pinterest, so I had no choice but to join the cool nutrition/fitness gurus and become a part of the smoothie bowl movement.
