The Skincare Line I Can’t Live Without

Y’all… the amount of research that can go into finding a good skincare regime makes my eyes cross. For years, I have struggled with finding what works best for me…. almost two decades if I sit back and think about it. I personally have tried dozens and dozens of skincare products until I found my dream team. The journey to get to this point wasn’t pretty and makes me cringe when I think about all the toxic crap I put all over my face and body. Unfortunately, there’s nothing I can do to go back in time and correct that so I can only focus on choosing better options now…

    Actually, I can!

(my top and boots are from Vici Dolls and are sold out, but I’ve linked similar ones below!) If you’ve followed my blogging journey, then you’ve gotten more than your fair share of personal information about my life. The non toxic shampoo and conditioner that I’ve found works best at clearing…

    Selfcare When You’re a Mom

my top | jeans (sold out – Vici Collection)| bag | shoes (sold out – Vici Collection) | lip color I’m in the throws of teething right now and I’ve come to realize that taking care of myself a little extra during this is what helps me keep my sanity. Other than living on coffee, dry shampoo and a lot of grace, I make sure to take specific breaks of time for myself so I don’t get burned out. I’m sure we’ve all been there as moms, touched out, tired and a sobbing mess. Some days I don’t get my teeth brushed until after lunch and I stay in pjs…

    Healthy From the Inside Out

Your quality of life is directly impacted by the foods you eat and the beauty products you use. Everyday, we have the choice to fuel our bodies with what will enlighten us and cause us to feel better inside and out or consume that which will drag us down and keep us in a state of muddled clarity. For so many people in this busy society, it can feel stressful and cause anxiety to figure out the “best” things for our bodies. I opened an email this morning with the tagline “rescue for problematic skin” and it has me thinking about how often we are bombarded with products to fix…
