If you followed along with my pregnancy, you are well aware of my fascination with all things Lemon. I just can’t get enough. Well, the baby I’m growing and I, just can’t get enough! It’s been really interesting to take note of the many different cravings that I’ve had with each of my six pregnancies. I did have extreme morning sickness at the beginning but thankfully, it went away and now I am able to enjoy all the things.
Lemon juice has been a craving in all the ways. I love anything lemon flavored, in my water and with my meals. In fact, I started eating lots of fresh veggies with lemon juice, Himalayan salt and pepper on top as snacks. I’ve also become a creature of habit with my meals and tend to top my foods, especially salads, with a homemade lemon vinaigrette dressing. I simply cannot get enough.
Check out this easy to make dressing and try it for yourself! I am a huge fan of cutting out the junk in premade dressings by making our own. It doesn’t take very long to make and they are absolutely delicious and without any yucky ingredients.
I store mine in a mason jar in the fridge and shake to combine the ingredients before adding to my meals.
