Walking In a Winter Wonder Land With Essential Oils
I do not sell oils nor do I make money by sharing these. I suggest asking your local friends who is a distributor and buying through them.
Let’s all walk in a winter wonder land with essential oil blends together. South Carolina isn’t known for snow so I make it feel all nice and cozy as if it were a snow day with essential oils! Setting the mood with some holiday scents floating through the air is my favorite way to do so. Make sure you follow along on my social media to learn more about the amazing benefits of essential oils because I can blow your mind with all the information about them. For example; did you know that mainstream candles and wall plug ins are extremely hazardous for your health? I didn’t until I was pregnant and experiencing horrible headaches trigged by my wall plug ins. After some digging I was shocked at what I found and that led to me making changes and switching from candles to essential oils.
Since swapping to safer, I haven’t felt sad or like I was missing out and it has actually empowered me because I’ve leaned into learning more about how essential oils help with your health. One of the biggest things crunchy people get picked on about is their oil use and I think it’s 100% because oils work and its the mainstream media’s way of making the masses wary but I digress.
Winter blends are actually multifunctional by providing germ killing and air purifying tendencies. This means that while you’re making your house smell like that holiday candle you were eying in the mall you’re actually adding value to the environment around you and doing your part to keep things as nontoxic and healthy as possible! HOW COOL IS THAT?
My favorite blends in the cooler months are most defiantly spicy but also mixing in citrus and wintergreen can take it up a notch. Check out my favorite winter blends below, graph the downloadable graphic and make sure to tag me if you try them! I would also love for you to share your favorite blends to diffuse this time of year.
