    Spine health is something that we should all focus on but it’s not something that we know a lot about due to education. I did not know anything about how important taking care of our spines are until I met my husband Derrek, a chiropractor and the person who educated me on this subject.     How Yoga Helped Me

    Never in my life would I have expected to like yoga as much as I do. Let me take that back… LOVE yoga as much as I do!
