Trendy Teething Necklaces
Harper’s necklace | my necklace The weekends are when I feel like I have my life together. That’s when Derrek is home, the house is clean and I have help with the kids. We always head out somewhere on a family adventure and I actually look put together for once. For those that think I try to post like I have “the perfect life” all I can do is laugh. It’s so far from the truth. Today has been a complete S-show and I swear, I’ve cried multiple times over not being able to accomplish anything. I had some super witty mumble-jumbo written for this post and I just deleted…

Olive for Fall
dress | diaper bag | lip color* This blog has been compensated by Hazel and Mae Boutique and I received this product in exchange for an honest review. All opinions are my own. Read my disclaimer page for more information. Even though it’s officially fall, it’s still in the 90s over here. I am itching to pull out the sweaters and scarves but realistically, because of the weather, I just can’t yet! Thankfully, I found this aahhhmazing olive green maxi dress at Hazel and Mae Boutique so I can start dressing for fall without sweating to death. Kimono Loving
dress | kimono | wedges – sold out (similar) | bracelets I’m currently writing this coming off of a Mothers Day high… I took a three hour nap and now I’m wide awake feeling this sweet baby kick and move around in my belly. Instead of letting my mind go wild with thoughts in the bed, I decided it would be more productive to give y’all a bump-date and write about a look I am loving right now! At this point in my pregnancy, I’ve noticed that kimonos have become a constant go to for my outfits. I love throwing one on over body con and maxi dresses, shorts and a tank…

Hippie Mama
top | shorts | cowboy boots (similar) We have been enjoying our surroundings so much lately out in the country. I enjoy being a hermit and staying at home as much as possible. When I do travel, I try and pack 100 things in that time period instead of making multiple trips. One of the reasons I love it out here is how peaceful it is; it really helps me stay IN the moment and not care so much about what’s new at Target or who I can meet for lunch. Living out here helps me focus so much on what I have in my life and what my goals are.…

It’s a GIRL
dress | kimono – similar | booties | bangles My 20 week prenatal appointment was this week and along with that, we were able to find out that the baby cooking in my belly is a GIRL! I am so excited and over the moon. I love little boys and little girls the same, but it’s just such an excitement finding out exactly what we are having. I have mostly everything that I need, but now I get to buy a few cute girlie items to dress her in! Derrek and I are still working on her name, and we won’t tell what we decide until she is born. It’s our way…
