If you’re ready to trade overwhelm for clarity and live with intention in your health, home, and faith... you’re in the right place.

    Super Green Smoothie Bowl

    February 5, 2015 /

With only a few weeks left before we leave for California, we have been working non-stop. My soul was in serious need of a good stretch and healing nourishment, so I decided to partake in some YouTube yoga and a huge smoothie bowl.
