Super Green Smoothie Bowl
With only a few weeks left before we leave for California, we have been working non-stop. My soul was in serious need of a good stretch and healing nourishment, so I decided to partake in some YouTube yoga and a huge smoothie bowl. I have seen these all over Instagram and Pinterest, so I had no choice but to join the cool nutrition/fitness gurus and become a part of the smoothie bowl movement. Overnight Energy Oats
I decided to post this recipe on the blog specifically because a few of my fellow crunchy Mama’s are feeling low on energy and need a boost in the mornings! Don’t skip on breakfast as it is the most important meal of your day. Eating high fiber foods like oatmeal keep you feeling fuller longer and can also help lower cholesterol levels. I personally love to eat it while breastfeeding because it provides a more bountiful supply. After the kids go to sleep. I make this oatmeal mixture and put into the fridge overnight.
