Easy Herb Marinade For the BEST Tasting Steak
Hey ya’ll! I’m sorry I haven’t been on my normal posting routine but life has been super crazy lately. I’ve got so many great posts to share with ya’ll, just sit tight! A few weeks ago, I picked up organic and grass fed beef steaks from Lidl to surprise Derrek. He is a steak and potatoes type of guy and I knew he would be super impressed that I thought of him enough to get steaks and cook him a meal all by myself.
I am not really familiar with steaks but what I do know is that a good marinade can transform them into a gourmet meal! I put together these ingredients from what I had fresh at home and marinaded for 24 hours in the fridge. OHHHH EMMM GEEEE, these were the most delicious steaks ever! Since then, I’ve also marinaded chicken and veggies in the same sauce and they were equally as delicious. I hope you try this for yourself and enjoy it as much as we have!
INGREDIENTS:
-1 cup balsamic vinegar
-1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
-1/4 cup chopped rosemary
-2 teaspoons kosher salt
-2 teaspoons ground pepper

1. Combine the ingredients in a Stasher bag. Add the steak, seal the bag and refrigerate overnight, turning the bag several times.
2. Heat grill over medium high heat and then turn down to medium once it has heated up.
3. Put each steak on the grill and cook for 3-5 minutes on each side then take off and let sit for a few minutes before serving.
