Holy smokes y’all, it’s almost Christmas! I don’t know about anyone else but I am over here singing “just keep swimming” over and over and over again. This post was supposed to go live on Monday but I have so much going on that it just made it’s way to my blog today. I have a lot of stuff that is weighing heavily on my mind… my Dad is having health issues and my 10 year old doggie is not doing the best either. On top of that, I have all the kids with me and I’ve had to ship out over 30 packages before the Christmas mail cut off. To say my life has been a s-show would describe this time perfectly. I feel like everything is falling apart right before the biggest day of the year and I am living on a prayer, coffee and protein bars!
The other day, Derrek and I ventured out to a new coffee shop in the next town over and it felt so nice to get out of pjs and out of the house for a little bit. I’ve been waiting for a day to wear this gorgeous plaid nursing shirt from Loyal Hana and it was the perfect day for it. I love their nursing tops and I own quite a few of them! Their quality is superb and I love the styles they have to choose from. You can use code: amanda20 for 20% off your purchase! I took along my Healthy Human cup (that I have to hide from Derrek so it won’t take it to work) and the coffee shop fixed my drink in it. This was a gift to myself because I never get to drink my coffee while it’s hot. #momlife right? So this insulated cup has been something I’ve eyed for a few months and after finding out they are a Charleston business I made the leap and purchased one. I always love to shop local and after seeing how much use I get out of it and Derrek likes it, I bought him one for Christmas as well.
I hope to blog more this week but if I don’t, Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays! I hope y’all have the best time celebrating and don’t forget to treat yourself during the giving season as well.
