My Workout Routine
Living in the country has its perks and not living close to a gym isn’t one of them. I always say that if I could have a gym, coffee shop and a Target it would be perfect out here. Until all of that happens, I have to fend for myself in the exercise department. I’ve never really been a “weights” type of workout person.
