Hi, I’m Amanda... wife, mama of seven, and an Integrative Health Practitioner passionate about helping women create healthy, grace-filled rhythms for their homes, hormones, and families.

For the past 13+ years I’ve walked the path of holistic living... from learning first hand about the importance of postpartum recovery and how to balance hormones naturally, to running a busy, joy-filled home without losing peace (or breaking the bank).

On this blog you’ll find simple, research-backed wellness tips, biblical encouragement, real-life mom hacks, and tools that help you care well for yourself and your family.

If you’re ready to trade overwhelm for clarity and live with intention in your health, home, and faith... you’re in the right place.

    Sunset at the Pond

    October 22, 2015 /

My shirt | jacket*| jeans | booties (similar)| bangles Derrek’s shirt | shorts | shoes Harper’s dress | boots | bow| blanket* | bracelets Recently, Nolan has started attending church on Wednesday nights with the toddler class. He loves going to eat dinner, play games, sing and learn about Jesus with all of his little friends. This gives us an hour to blow while he is gone. We usually go and do something fun with Harper, and since the weather was nice, we took her to feed the ducks at the pond. The sun started setting while we were there, and it was so gorgeous I grabbed my camera to…

Fall is Here – photoshoot + giveaway

    September 28, 2015 /

Recently, we had our fall family photos taken by Kristina Mosley. She is the photographer behind the business Kristina Mosley Photography, and, lucky for us, she recently moved to Myrtle Beach, SC. Oftentimes, he’s the one behind the camera, so while we have lots of photos of me with the kids, I want more of us as a whole family. We really love how she captured all the little moments of the kids and between Derrek and…

    Boho Chic

    August 25, 2015 /

Boho chic has become my favorite style to wear. I’ve always thought of myself as someone having fashion schizophrenia as I’ve always liked to change my style from day to day. Now that I’ve seen most of my looks on the blog, I realize how much I lean towards Boho. This is how I feel most comfortable–with a kimono and my fringe booties. I haven’t purchased any other fall items for my wardrobe other than shoes and kimonos! If anyone has been standoffish from Boho chic looks, please set your conflicted feelings aside and try on an outfit. I think you’ll be surprised at how comfortable and cute you look!…
