Palm Beach Must Haves
Last week, I had the pleasure to spend four days in Palm Beach, Florida. It was for a trip that I worked hard to earn through Beautycounter. It was the perfect get away to have in January and I really enjoyed the warm weather since it’s been so cold here in South Carolina (I say so cold- but anything below 65 is cold for us Southerners.) I had the pleasure of working with a local boutique, Pieces Boutique, for styling on this trip. The owner, is a local mama of two that is super stylist and trendy.
When people here need something to wear to an event, they head to her boutique! I knew that I wanted to get a few things from her for my trip and I actually just asked her to style me because I was in such a hurry with the kids. She picked out beautiful outfits that just screamed Palm Beach. I couldn’t have been more happy with my looks and I was asked by all the girls where my outfits came from!
This palm leaf dress is one that every woman needs in there closet. It is what I call a printed neutral because it goes with everything and it has a universally flattering fit. This dress is perfect for wanting to hid your mid section or hips so for a mama like me who is still working on those, I felt super confident in it. I also love that it can be styled with a leather coat for a chilly night out and look just as cute! The bag I am carrying was one I was gifted from Beautycounter during my stay in Palm Beach and loved the way it paired with the palm leaf dress. I love an oversized bag and this one is very multifunctional.
My earrings are also from Pieces Boutique and ones that would be perfect to add to your wardrobe staples. They are beaded but not heavy and don’t weigh your ears down. I also styled them for our yacht cruise the next night. I love buying accessories that mix and match with different outfits so I can constantly rotate them without stock piling.
