All Bundled Up!

I don’t know about y’all, but this week is flying by for me! The cold weather has kept me inside and busy with work. I feel like a hundred Mondays happened this week, but thank goodness it’s actually Thursday! Even though it’s warming up here this weekend, it’s been frigid cold and hard to dress for. -I’ve been opting for sweaters, scarves and faux fur! I really love the coziness of a blanket scarf because they keep me really warm and give my outfit that extra POP that makes it stand out. Pairing it with a warm faux fur vest seemed only logical when I had to head out earlier, and I really love this combo together.

I am normally ankle bootie obsessed, but the cold is making me break out my tall boots and these Frye boots are my all-time favorite. For years, I’ve wanted a pair of these and when I started making money in our business, I spoiled myself with a pair. I’m not big on buying expensive items of clothing because I’m a mom and I just think that’s frivolous, but these boots have been well worth the investment. At any time, I can shine them with polish and they look brand new. My daddy was in the Air Force, so I’ve grown up watching him shine his shoes, and I guess the apple didn’t fall far from the tree with me! The vest is a find that you can thank my mother for. She gave it to me when I was in college and I’ve taken good care of it since. I LOVE throwing it on over just about anything, so I’ve linked a few of my favorite finds below for y’all!
