The Golden Hour

I am a complete nature lover. I was a tomboy growing up, and I spent most of my time outdoors. Now, going outside is a natural destresser for me and my family. Derrek and I have been working on a wholesale order that has had us cooped up inside since Sunday! We’ve made sure the kids have had time outside with their mimi, and the other day, we went outside during ‘the golden hour’ to let the kids blow off some steam and so we could get fresh air.
The golden hour occurs about an hour before the sun goes down, and it is a great time to enjoy nature without the heat. Nolan is obsessed with hay bales and takes every opportunity to beg us to head down to the farm and jump from bale to bale! We are so thankful we have this beautiful country landscape around us; it is our little slice of heaven.
