    Y’all… this is one of those “what’s in the fridge?” meals that turned into a 10/10 family favorite. It’s fast, filling, and full of flavor. The best part? It’s healthy without trying too hard. We used chickpea pasta for extra protein and fiber, grass-fed beef, and added a dollop of plain Greek yogurt for creamy balance to the chili oil heat. Even the kids were asking for seconds!
