One of my 2017 goals is to work out consistently. When I made this a top priority in my life, I realized how dated my workout wear is – especially my shoes. With the help of KicksUSA, I no longer have that issue. Having a “cute” ensemble isn’t mandatory when you work out, but I have found that it does help with my moral. I’ve been on the hunt for the perfect sneakers that I can wear with anything and I found them on the KicksUSA website. I LOVE these Adidas kicks and I’ve made everyone (including my very fashionable niece) jealous that I have them! I work out at least five days a week. I alternate between arm and leg exercises during the week and I try and run every day if the weather permits it. The exercises that I do are from Pinterest. I focus on high impact exercises that I can do in 30 minutes or less because I am either working out when the kids are asleep or when Scarlet Reese and Harper are occupied playing.
