Coconut oil is one of the best things on this planet, in my opinion. It can be used for SO MANY THINGS and has lots of health benefits. Spotlight on the way that coconut oil can be beneficial today is: FOR PLANTS! Did you know that you can use coconut oil to give your plants extra love? I’ve found that indoor plants require a little more TLC than the ones outside because they are in an unnatural environment. Plants were meant to be outside, don’t forget that. We use Fluoride Free Toothpaste and here’s our favorite brand!

One of my top health priorities for my kids is their dental health. I didn’t realize how quickly things can go south when it comes to dental health until a few years ago. Two Ingredient Pancakes and Raspberry Chia Seed Jam

When Nolan started eating actual foods, I was so excited! He could suck down a food pouch in no time! We researched about baby-led weaning and started introducing thicker foods a month or so after purees, and he loved that, too. He started out just holding things like broccoli florets and scrubbing his gums with them and evolved into avocado fingers and banana splits. Introducing him to foods this way has led us to notice a significant difference in him and other children his age who just ate purees. He is not a picky eater and is willing to eat more healthy options than not. Don’t get me wrong, if…
