Oh, where are you weekend? I am the leader of the struggle bus and I feel like I am loosing my mind. Scarlet Reese is sleeping in 20 minute increments and this is causing so many issues with my body and my spirit. I have made sure to go to the gym every single day so I can have a little alone time and get some frustrations out and remembering that this is all a season and will pass has been really helpful as well. Until then, I’m relying heavily on my Beautycounter products to help me conceal my “mombie” status skin. Y’all, I have never had this many problems with my skin but adding children to the mix just did me in! From the hormone imbalance associated with breast feeding to lack of sleep causing dark circles and dull skin, I am throwing a ‘hail mary’ and hoping these extra products help.
I’ve shared numerous times why I decided to join the Beautycounter movement and work to get safer products into the hands of others, you can read more about it here. So, I wont go all out and break down why it all is not only safer but the best that I’ve tried since I transitioned to a non toxic lifestyle but, just so ya’ll know, IT IS! Beautycounter has changed my life in more ways than one and if you want to hear more about the consultant side, you could read this.
Today, I looked at myself in the mirror as I was drinking my cold coffee, that I had already reheated twice, and was just taken a back. This “season” of my life isn’t being very forgiving on my body so I knew I needed to invest a little in my skin. I make sure to use a facial mask 2-3 times a week to target specific problem areas on my face and neck. A face mask is the perfect way to give yourself a little “spa treatment” from home and help your skin. The Multi-Masker Holiday Set by Beautycounter has become one of my favorites out of the Holiday collection. You can read all about the Holiday Collection here.

Set also includes a Mask Brush to precisely apply each formula and a reusable, limited edition gift tin. The brush is reason alone to scoop up the entire set! It isn’t available to purchase alone yet so if you are tired of getting charcoal mask under your fingernails, you definitely need to get this. Each mask in the set is formulated without artificial colorants or “synthetic fragrance”—a term used for scent blends that may contain dozens of ingredients linked to reproductive and hormone disruption. You can also split up this set and gift different people masks and keep the brush for yourself! This set is valued at $105 but is only $68 which is a GREAT deal, especially if you look at splitting it up for Christmas gifts.
