Dijion ACV Salad Dressing Recipe

TGIF ya’ll! I for one am so glad that the weekend is amongst us because I have lots of fun plans for the weekend. One of those things is prepping all the foods since Derrek will be home to help me keep an eye on the kids. Nolan and Harper are normally right by my side anytime I am in the kitchen and they’ve been asking to make banana nut bread muffins, smoothies and fruit salad so I will happily make all the things for them. And let’s be real, for me too!

Something that I’ve craved lately is fresh foods. I want all the spring salads, sandwiches, wraps, and meals. You name the vegetable and I’ve got it in one of my meals. Spring is normally when we up our fresh food intake and soon we will have the ability to grab our own produce from the gardens in our back yard (I’m sharing more about our raised garden beds very soon!) Every day for lunch, I either make a veggie bowl or salad. I’ve also gotten into making my own salad dressing and this one is on constant rotation in my house.

I was on the hunt for a dairy free dressing that I could add to my rotation and this ACV Dijion combo hit the spot. It’s SO good and would even make a great marinade for chicken. It’s super easy to make as well so tons of brownie points there. Let me know when you make it and what your thoughts are!
